A market-leading dairy manufacturer in Laverton needed to palletise 40 boxes per minute across six lines and 95+ SKUs. We delivered three UR20 collaborative robots on Robotiq palletising bases, with barcode-driven SKU routing, custom transfer conveyors and full electrical and mechanical installation — entirely in-house, in four months.
